Spaghetti with shrimps and spinach

Preparation

Put the pan with water on the fire and let the pasta boil for 7-9 minutes.

Heat a little oil in a pan and bake the shrimps for 2 minutes.

Sprinkle them with some pepper and salt.

Chop the onion and the garlic and bake this together in a pan.

Add after a few minutes the spinach.

Stir in the cream and the pesto and add a pinch of salt and pepper.

Spoon the spaghetti and the shrimps through it.

Serve the pasta with the parmesan cheese.

  • 150 g damhert glutenfree spaghetti
  • 1 piece garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 125 ml cream
  • 1 tablespoon pesto
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
