Preheat the oven to 200°C for about 15 minutes.
Cut the sweet potato into slices and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the broccoli and yellow bell peppers also into slices and place them also on the baking sheet.
Then add a clove of garlic with it together with the low salt vegetable stock cubes from Damhert.
Garnish with olive oil, pepper, rosemary and paprika powder.
Take a spoon and stir it all together before placing it in the oven.
Place in the oven at 200 °C for about 30 minutes.
