Melt the chocolate au bain-marie or in the microwave oven.
Combine the whipping cream and Tagatesse in a bowl. Whisk until soft peaks form.
Add the mascarpone and whipped cream to the melted chocolate and combine well.
Combine the pancake mix, milk and vanilla sugar in a bowl untill smooth. Warm a knob of butter in a pan. Pour or spoon a little batter into the pan. Fry around 5 pancakes.
Place one pancake on a serving plate and layer with slices of banana. Add another pancake and coat with the chocolate mixture. Repeat pancake, banana, pancake, chocolate mixture and top with the final pancake. Pour the remaining chocolate mixture evenly over the stack and place the pancakes in the frigde for 2 hours.
