Preparation

Add the Tagatesse to the water, stirring continuously until the Tagatesse has dissolved.

Add the lemon juice and double cream.

Let the sorbet set in the ice cream maker or freezer.

Serve the sorbet in small bowls and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
