Tagatesse Speculoos cake

Preparation

Mix the butter and Tagatesse well together

Cover a dish with a layer of speculoos that you first dipped in the coffee with one side

Spread a layer of buttercream on it

Put another layer of cookies and spread buttercream and so on, until you have a nice cake. Finish the speculoos cake with grated chocolate and leave to rest overnight before you eat.

  • 2 boxes with gluten-free speculoos from tagatesse
  • 500 ml cold coffee
  • 2 tablet lactose-free and gluten-free milk chocolate from damhert
