Quinoa sushi

Preparation

Cook the quinoa in about 100ml of water for 12 minutes.

Spoon the quinoa on a plate and mix it with the sushi vinegar. Let it cool completely.

Take a sheet of nori and lay it on the sushi mat. Lay the sheet of nori for three quarters with quinoa and brush with a little tahini.

Put the lettuce in it and then add a few slices of avocado, carrot, cucumber, some shredded surimi and sesame seeds in it.

Roll the sushi. Repeat with the other nori sheet.

Place the rolls in the refrigerator. Now you can cut the roll into about 8 beautiful pieces. Serve on a nice plate with a small dish of soy sauce, some wasabi and ginger!

  • 1 tahini
  • 0.3 cucumber cut into pieces
  • 0.5 avocado cut into pieces
  • 0.3 carrot cut into pieces
  • 1 surimi cut into pieces
  • 1 salad
  • 1 sesame seeds
  • 1 sushi mat
  • 50 g quinoa
  • 2 tablespoons sushi vinegar
  • 2 sheets of nori
