Halve 7 limes and press them out.
Put the lime juice together with the grated ginger of 3 cm in a blender.
Add the Tagatesse and the mint leaves.
Add the sparkling water and mix.
Strain everything and place ice cubes in the serving glasses.
Finish with a slice of lime and cucumber for an extra fresh touch.
Tip: You can add more Tagatesse to make it sweeter.
