Separate the 4 eggs and whisk the egg white.
Melt the butter and add the Tagatesse and the egg yolk.
Now mix it to a lightly mixture
Grind the oatmeal into flour in the food processor. Add the flour to the mixture and mix into a homogeneous dough.
Fold the egg white gently into the mixture.
Cover the dough and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Bake the waffles until they’re golden brown between a waffles iron.
