Preparation

Blend all the tomato sauce ingredients together.

Place the zucchini, spinach, avocado and sliced mushroom as your first layer in a bowl. Follow with the tomato sauce on top of it.

Repeat the step of layering the ingredients and placing the sauce on top of every layer until you have the desired amount.

Top it of with cherry tomatoes and hemp seeds for some extra flavor.

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 120 ml lemon juice
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 10 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 6 basil leaves
