Put the soy drink in a pan together with the vanilla and boil. Beware: keep a smal cup of the cold milk apart.
Crumble the spiced biscuits and add them to the hot milk.
Add the constarch to the cup of cold mild and stirr. Then add this to the hot milk. Let the pudding boil for a while, while stirring.
Get the vanilla pod out again, put the pudding in bowls and let it cool down. For the finishing touch, spray a top of whipped cream on it.
