Cook the quinoa until tender
Mix the Chia seeds with the water and stir until a firm jelly is obtained.
Put the quinoa in a bowl, add the rice drink, vanilla, chia seeds and organic coconut sugar and mix it.
Heat the olive oil in a pan.
Then pour 1.5 tablespoons of batter into the pan.
Bake the pancakes for 2 minutes until golden brown on each side.
Repeat for the other pancakes.
