Preparation

Soak the white beans in water one day in advance. Then drain them

Chop the red onion finely.

Tie the sprigs of rosemary and sage together with kitchen rope.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onions.

Add 2 liters of water, the cherry tomatoes, beans, salt and pepper, the herbs and let it simmer for 1.5 hours.

Then mix coarsely with the hand mixer.

Finish with a stick of grissini and a leaf of basil
