Tabouleh with vegetarian minced meat

Preparation

Cook the couscous in 0.5L water with the vegetable stock cubes

Heat some olive oil in a pan, season the vegetarian minced meat with pepper, salt and the herbes and fry it in the pan.

Let the couscous and the vegetarian minced meat cool down.

Wash and finely chop the onions, red bell pepper and tomatoes.

Finely chop the mint and chives

Mix the couscous, the vegetarian minced meat, onions, red bell peppers, tomatoes, mint and chives.

mix in the lemon juice and if necessary, season with salt and pepper.

  • 1 damhert low salt vegetable stock cubes
  • 100 g biofood whole wheat couscous organic
  • 150 g damhert veggie minced meat
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • 10 sprigs of chives
  • 20 g biofood sunflower seeds organic
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon biofood olive oil organic
  • 1 black pepper
  • 1 herbs: cinnamon, ginger, tumeric, nutmeg
