Quinoa soup

Preparation

Rinse the quinoa under the tap.

Wash the carrots, celery, spinach, pepper, onion and garlic and finely chop.

Heat the olive oil in a pot and simmer the onion and the garlic.

Add all the vegetables, except the spinach, and simmer.

Add the watter and the vegetable stock cubes and bring to boil.

Then, add the quinoa and let it boil for 15 minutes.

Season the soup with pepper, salt, paprika powder and oregano.

Turn of the heat and add the spinach to the hot soup so that the leaves shrink

Pour the soup into bowl and enjoy it.

  • 1 l water
  • 100 g biofood quinoa organic
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 stems green celery
  • 100 g spinach
  • 2 damhert low salt vegetable stock cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 tablespoon biofood olive oil organic
