Preheat the oven to 180°C
Mix the soy butter and the Tagatesse into a creamy mixture.
Add the other ingredients (buckwheat, egg, lemon, salt) and mix it for a few minutes until you get a cohesive mixture.
Put the dough in a piping bag and spray 15 sprits on a baking tray.
Bake the sprits for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
