Wash and peel the potatoes and boil them
Mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons cold milk and stir well.
Bring the rest of the milk to the boil with the stock cube. Add the cornstarch mixture and mustard and let it boil while stirring.
Wash the vegetables and chop the onion.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan and fry the onion. Add the spinach and fry briefly.
Chop the parsley and sprinkle over the potatoes.
Steam the cod
Place the spinach on a plate and place the cod on top and the potatoes next to it. Pour the sauce over the potatoes. Enjoy!
