First pour a layer of yoghurt on the bottom of your jar.
Spoon the muesli on top of this layer of yoghurt.
Then pour another layer of yoghurt on top of the muesli.
Mix the chia seeds and sunflower seeds with the peanut butter and spoon this on top of the yoghurt layer.
Now add another layer of yoghurt, on top of the seeds.
Finish with a layer of fresh fruit as top layer.
Close the jar with a lid and put it in the fridge overnight.
