Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Put all ingredients together in a bowl and mix well with a spoon until it becomes a batter.

Fill a greased cake tin with the batter and bake it in the oven for 12-15 minutes.

When the bars come out of the oven, they will still be soft. Let them cool down and then cut them into strips.

  • 1 banana, crushed
  • 4 tablespoon soy drink (or other plantbased milk)
  • 1.5 tablespoon biofood agave syrup amber organic
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 25 g chopped nuts
