Preparation

Cover your baking tin of approximately 20 x 20 cm with baking paper

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

Melt the lactose-free butter in a pan and remove the pan from the heat

Mix the caster sugar into the butter

When the mix has cooled slightly, an egg may be added, followed by the next egg and the vanilla

Now add the buckwheat flour and baking powder

Chop the white chocolate into large pieces

Fill your baking tin and bake the blondies in about 25 minutes

Allow to cool and finish with icing sugar

  • 275 g damhert biofood gluten-free buckwheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 teaspoon vanille extract
  • 200 g damhert lactose free white chocolate crisp glutenfree
