Prepare a baking tray or tray with a sheet of baking paper.
Start by chopping the Biofood hazelnuts. Put them in a dish.
Melt the gluten-free and lactose-free chocolate in a bain marie. Stir the chopped hazelnuts into the chocolate. Stir the gluten-free and lactose-free gingerbreads through the melted chocolate. Use two forks, that works best.
Carefully place the Ferrero rocher gingerbreads on the sheet of baking paper and let them harden. Tip: if you have space in the fridge, you can make it harden faster in there.
