Mix the oatmeal with the buckwheat flakes, almonds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.
Dissolve the salt in a tablespoon of hot water and then stir in the Tagatesse liquid. Mix with the muesli mix.
Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and spread the mixture over it and bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 degrees.
Remove the muesli from the oven, mix in the apricots and raisins and let cool. Keep the muesli in a well-sealed jar.
