Sieve the flower and add it in a large bowl.
Add sugar and baking powder into the bowl.
Next add the butter and cut it into small pieces.
Last you add the egg.
With clean and preferably cold hands, knead your dough to an even mass.
Wrap the dough in plastic foil and let it rest in the fridge fora bout 30 minutes.
Prepare the baking sheet by greasing it with butter or by placing a sheet of baking paper on it.
Make hearts from the dough and press a hole in the shape of a heart with your finger.
Add a little jam into the hole.
Bake the cookies golden brown at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
