Fruit soup with Tagatesse

Preparation

Defrost the fruit. Keep about 20g of the fruit for garnish.

Squeeze the orange.

Puree the rest of the fruit with the orange juice and lemon juice. Divide this over 2 deep plates.

Stir the Tagatesse trough the yogurt and add a spoon of yogurt to each plate.

Garnish with the fruit you reserve.

  • 1 orange
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon low-fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon tagatesse sweetener
