Macaroni casserole with vegetarian minced meat

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Cook the macaroni on the pack according to the method of preparation.

Pour a dash of oil in a pan and fry the minced meat with the minced meat herbs.

Pour a dash of oil into another pan and fry the macaroni and vegetables with 2 pressed garlic cloves for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are soft.

Add the tomato puree and the fried veggie minced meat and cook for 1 minute.

Then add the tomato cubes. Mix everything together and turn off the heat after 5 minutes.

Melt the butter in another pan. When the butter has melted, add the flour and mix it together. Let this bake gently for 1 minute and add a little milk. In the meantime, keep stirring well so that all the clumps have disappeared.

When all the milk has been added, the grated cheese can be added and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Mix the macaroni with the tomato sauce and scoop half of the macaroni into the oven dish. Divide a little of the cheese sauce.

Then scoop the rest of the macaroni over it. Finally, pour the rest of the cheese sauce over it and sprinkle some extra grated cheese over it.

Place the macaroni casserole with minced meat in the oven for about 20 minutes.

  • 200 g gluten free macaroni (damhert)
  • 250 g vegetable mix
  • 400 g tomato cubes
  • 2 cloves of of garlic
  • 2 tablespoon biofood olive oil organic (damhert)
  • 200 g veggie minced meat (damhert)
  • 2 teaspoon of herbs for the minced meat
  • 25 g of butter
  • 250 ml of semi-skimmed milk
  • 25 g of flour
  • 75 g grated aged cheese
  • 1 salt
  • 1 black pepper
