Gluten-free apple pie

Preparation

Preheat oven to 200 degrees

Mix the flour, baking powder and the bastard sugar

Melt the butter in a pan

Mix the oatmeal with the flour, baking powder and sugar and add the melted butter.

Mix this with a mixer with dough hooks until it is granular

Butter the baking tin and put half of the granular dough in the baking tin.

Spread it flat on the bottom with a spoon and don't forget to make an upright edge as well

Then put the apple slices you sprinkled with cinnamon and vanilla sugar on the bottom and divide the rest of the dough on top of the apple slices.

Place the rest of the dough with your hands over it

Put some shaved almonds on top of it

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes

  • 15 g baking powder
  • 125 g gluten-free oat flakes (damhert)
  • 250 g bastard sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • 750 g sliced apples
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
