Sweet Tagatesse sushi

Preparation

Put the rice, coconut milk, coconut cream, 10g Tagatesse and 1 pinch of salt in a cooking pot. Bring to the boil and simmer for 40 to 50 minutes. Stir regularly so that the rice does not burn. Add a dash of water if necessary.

PIs the rice cooked? Then divide it over a baking tray. This will cool it down faster.

Put the spelt flour, the eggs, the rice drink, 10g Tagatesse and 1 pinch of salt in a large mixing bowl. Mix to a dough with a hand blender.

Melt the magarine in a frying pan, bake 4 pancakes and then let them cool down.

Spread a layer of rice and then a layer of jam on the pancake and roll it up as a sushi. Leave them to set in the fridge for 1 hour. Then cut into pieces. Enjoy your meal!

  • 150 g dessert rice
  • 100 g biofood spelt flour
  • 5 dl coconut milk
  • 2 dl coconut cream
  • 2 dl rice drink
  • 20 g tagatesse sweetener
  • 2 pinch of salt
