Speculoos waffles

Preparation

Grind the gluten-free Tagatesse speculaas finely to almost powder and melt the butter.

Beat the egg yolk firmly with half the Tagatesse.

Sieve the flour on top and mix everything together with the rest of the Tagatesse, the melted butter, bicarbonate and the ground speculoos.

Beat the egg whites and gently spatula under the mixture.

Place the dough in the fridge for a few hours, make small balls and bake in a medium hot waffle iron. Enjoy your meal!

  • 100 g tagatesse sweetener
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon bicarbonate
  • 125 g damhert gluten-free tagatesse speculoos
