Biofood energy balls

Preparation

Put the nuts in a food processor and mix them finely.

Add the dates and the coconut rind (and possibly the vanilla extract and cocoa powder).

Mix into fine, sticky pieces.

Using your hands, make small balls of the mixture.

Roll the balls through the grated coconut and enjoy your meal!

  • 2 tablespoon biofood grated coconut (+extra for finishing)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract optional
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder optional
