Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and grease a muffin tin with a little oil or use a silicone muffin tin.

Chop the walnuts and sultanas. And grate the apple.

Mix all the dry ingredients together in one bowl and mix all the wet ingredients together in another bowl.

Now mix the contents of both bowls together and stir well into a nice batter.

Put the batter into the muffin tin and bake the muffins for 30 minutes.

  • 100 g biofood buckwheat flour
  • 6 tablespoon biofood oatmeal
  • 6 tablespoon fibre fit wheat bran
  • 2 tablespoon fibre fit cracked linseed
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon biofood agave syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoon biofood sunflower oil
  • 1 grated apple
  • 1 big handful of biofood sultanas or cranberries
  • 1 generous hand of chopped biofood walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
