Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
Put all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and mix everything in a few seconds (not too long!) to a smooth batter.
Grease a cake tin.
Pour the mixture into the tin.
Place the cake tin in the oven and bake the banana bread for 55 minutes.
Then remove the banana bread from the oven, allow to cool slightly and then cut into slices.
