Preparation

Cut the cucumber into thin slices and then into small cubes.

Put the cucumber cubes in a small bowl and add the Alpro and the lemon juice.

Crush the garlic and chop the parsley. Add them to the mixture. Season with pepper and salt.

Spread a layer of deliciously healthy tzatziki on a Damhert Gluten Free Krakki. Enjoy!

  • 200 g alpro go on of alpro greek style
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 1 pinch of pepper and biofood herbal salt
  • 2 damhert gluten free krakki's
