Quarter the beets and place them in a measuring cup. Add the garlic, lemon juice, vinegar and maple syrup and puree well with the hand blender.
Add the peanuts and mash again. Prefer a crunchy spread? Then do not mash for too long.
Season the beetroot spread with pepper and salt.
