Vegetable spread with sun-dried tomatoes

Preparation

Mix the Greek yoghurt with the mayonnaise and mustard. Cut the vegetables into very small pieces or put them in the food processor for a moment. Mix with the rest.

Smear a layer of spread on 2 krakkis. Enjoy!

  • 75 g low salt mayonaise
  • 1 teaspoon damhert low salt mustard
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 half red onion
  • 1 quarter bell pepper
  • 1 gherkin
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 2 damhert krakki's
