Mocha oatmeal with cherries

Preparation

In a pan, bring the oat milk with the oatmeal and espresso coffee to the boil. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, bring the frozen cherries to the boil in a saucepan. Leave to cook on a low heat for 3 min.

Stir the cocoa powder into the oatmeal and divide between bowls. Divide the cherries over the oatmeal and scrape the chocolate over it.

Finish off with some maple syrup and enjoy this tasty breakfast!

  • 600 ml unsweetened oat milk
  • 150 g damhert gluten free oatmeal
  • 2 sticks espresso soluble coffee
  • 250 g frozen cherries
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 30 g damhert gluten and lactose free milk chocolate
  • 1 dash of biofood maple syrup
