Bunny pancakes

Preparation

Prepare the pancakes as told on the package.

Heat a pan with a dash of sunflower oil over medium to high heat and using a measuring cup pour 4 round pancakes into the pan, each about 8 cm in diameter and 2 mm big. Let the bottom fry until it’s golden brown, flip afterwards each pancake. Repeat this, but with pancakes of 6 cm diameter. Finally with 8 oval feet of about 3 cm long and 8 ears of about 7 cm long.

Whip up the cream with vanilla sugar and spoon the butter into a piping bag with a serrated mouth. Melt the chocolate au bain-marie. Peel the banana and cut it into slices. To finish, sprinkle the slices with lemon juice.

Form bunnies on the plates and finish them off with a dollop of whipped cream for the tail. Decorate the feet with slices of banana and dots of chocolate.

  • 800 ml lactose-free milk
  • 100 lactose-free butter
  • 2 bags vanilla sugar
  • 1 biofood sunflower oil bio
  • 5 eggs
  • 200 ml lactose-free whipped cream
  • 1 banana
  • 0.5 lemon juice
  • 80 damhert lactose-free milk chocolat
