Keep 20 whole hazelnuts to one side and grind the rest of the hazelnuts in a food processor. Divide the ground hazelnuts in two.
Grind the low carb cent wafers and mix with half of the ground hazelnuts. Spoon 2 tablespoons of less sugar schocolate spread into the centwafer-hazelnut mixture and mix until you can make a ball.
Make small balls of the mixture and press a whole nut into them. Repeat this until the mixture is finished.
Leave the balls to set in the fridge for 15 minutes. In the meantime, melt the sugar-free chocolate in a bain-marie.
Take the balls out of the fridge and dip them in the chocolate one by one, after which you immediately sprinkle them with the remaining half of the ground hazelnuts. Repeat this with all the balls.
Leave them to set in the fridge for an hour and enjoy
