Without sugars Tagatesse Waffles

Preparation

Melt butter and do not let it colour.

Mix flour, the sugar-free Tagatesse, baking powder and vanilla pudding powder.

Scrape a vanilla pod and add it to the flour.

Put the mixing bowl on the food processor and add the eggs one by one, so that you get a smooth batter. Mix for a moment and then add the melted butter and a pinch of salt. Mix well again, put the mixture in a bowl and leave it in the fridge for an hour.

Heat the waffle iron on medium high setting, put in a ball of dough and bake.

Serve them with fresh strawberries and sprinkle some extra without sugars Tagatesse. Enjoy your meal!
