Without sugars Tagatesse apple cake

Preparation

Preheat the oven at 165°C.

Let the butter melt.

Mix the butter with the without sugars Tagatesse and stir well. There may be a large sugar lump, but if so, just add the whole eggs, flour and 3 tablespoons of milk. If it is still lumpy, add one extra splash of milk.

Then add the beaten egg whites, so that it becomes a really light batter.

Grease the baking tin with butter and flour. Put the batter in the baking tin. Peel and slice the apples, spread the apple slices all over the baking tin.

Lower the oven from 165°C to 150°C before putting the cake in and let it bake for 43 min at 150°C.

Leave to cool, possibly sprinkle on some more without sugars Tagatesse and enjoy!

  • 208 g without sugars tagatesse
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 egg whites
  • 200 g self-rising flour
  • 2.5 apples
  • 3 tablespoon tablespoons milk (+ an extra dash if necessary)
