Apple cake

Preparation

  • Beat the eggs together with the Tagatesse until foamy.

  • Cut the margarine into small cubes and mix in well. Add the sifted self-raising flour and baking powder, and mix well until smooth.

  • Preheat the oven to 160 °C.

  • Grease the cake tin well and sprinkle with flour. Fill the tin about half full with the mixture, then place the sliced apple on top.

  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 140 °C max. and bake for another 30 minutes.

  • 200 g margarine at room temperature
  • 200 g self-raising flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 3 apples into thin slices
