- Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
- Beat the eggs and Tagatesse together for up to ten minutes until the mixture is fluffy and white. Sieve the flour, baking powder and starch above the mixture, and fold in carefully.
- Grease a 24-cm spring form cake tin, and dust with flour.
- Pour the mixture into the mould and bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the oven.
