- Beat the butter and Tagatesse together well.
- Dip some biscuits in coffee, then use them to cover the base of an oven dish.
- Cover these with a layer of the butter cream.
- Continue with alternate layers of biscuits and butter cream until you have a nicely proportioned cake. Finish with some grated chocolate, and allow to rest overnight before serving.
