Preheat the oven to 185°C.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a salad bowl and spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle the Tagatesse, the cocoa powder and the honey over the mixture.
Scoop 4 tablespoons water over the mixture and place it for about 20 minutes in the oven. Stir the mixture after 5 and after 10 minutes so that it does not stick.
Remove the plate from the oven when the granola is golden brown and toss you dried fruit (cranberries, raisins) through it. Now let it cool down.
Place the granola in an airtight jar and you have now your own healthy breakfast!
