Mix the oat flakes and the skimmed milk in a bowl, cover it up and leave the oat flakes one night in de refrigerator.
Take the oat flakes in the morning out of the refrigerator and mix it with the egg and the Tagatesse.
Heat a frying pan with a little bit of coconut oil. Pour some batter into the pan, brown on both sides and your pancake is ready to serve.
