Chia oat pudding

Preparation

Mix the soy milk, the oatmeal and the chia seeds in a bowl and leave it one night or a couple hours in the refrigerator.

Pour the pudding in a little bowl.

Serve it with fresh fruit and/or superfoods.

Hint: do you like sweet pudding? Just add a little bit of Tagatesse.

  • 4 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 piece fresh fruit
  • 2 tablespoon superfoods like goji berries, cranberries and cacao nibs
