Preparation

Mix the chopped garlic, tahini, lemon juice and water.

Add the chickpeas, olive oil, cumin and cayenne pepper and mix it all together. Add water if needed.

Sprinkle the salt and mix it for another minute, until a soft mixture.

Serve in a bowl, sprinkled with sesame oil and cayenne pepper.

  • 300 gr precooked and soaked chickpeas biofood
  • 1 tablespoon tahini (sesame seed paste)
  • 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoon filtered water
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon biofood sesame oil
