Banana - Strawberry smoothie

Preparation

Peel the banana and remove the stems of the strawberries. Put all the ingredients in the blender or smoothie maker.

Blend until a smooth mass. Add a tablespoon of Tagatesse (start with 1 tablespoon) blend again and taste again.

Add more milk if you prefer a lighter smoothie.
