Algae burger with cabbage salad

Preparation

Mix the cabbage with the garlic sauce. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Bake the burgers  2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, halve the avocado, skip the pit out and peel the fruit. Cut the avocado flesh in slices.

Slice the buns open and fill it up with the cabbage salad, the burgers and the avocado.
