Gluten free pizza hummus with fresh herbs

Preparation

Start making the pizza dough: put the mix togheter with the dry yeast, the lukewarm water and 4 tablespoons olive oil in a bowl and mix for 3 to 4 minutes.

Cover the baking plate with baking paper and add the dough. Sprinkle it with a little oil. Flatten the dough and make a round form of it.

Leave it to rise in a warm and draft-free place for 20 minutes.

Sauté the spinach.

Top the pizza's with the tomato sauce, hummus, spinach, cherry tomatoes, pine nuts and Italian spices. Bake in a preheated oven of 200°C, for about 30 minutes.

Sprinkle the fresh basil, arugula and some olive oil over the pizza.

  • 400 g gluten free baking mix for pizza dough of damhert
  • 400 ml biofood passata
  • 5 tablespoon biofood olive oil
  • 7 g dry yeast
  • 300 ml lukewarm water
  • 400 g hummus
  • 60 g pine nuts
  • 400 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon italian spices
  • 120 g arugula
  • 400 g spinach
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil
