Gluten free macaroni with cheese and ham

Preparation

Put the macaroni with the milk and 400ml water in a saucepan and season with pepper, salt and nutmeg. Cook the pasta until firm.

Turn off the heat and add 150g grated cheese, Greek yoghurt and ham. Stir well.

Next add the spinach and stir well.

Put the pasta in a oven dish and sprinkle with 50g extra cheese.

Put under the grill until a brown crust appears.

  • 600 ml skimmed milk
  • 500 g diced ham
  • 200 g grated cheese
  • 170 g greek yoghurt
  • 300 g fresh spinach
