Chocolate chia pudding with banana

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, stir well. Pour into individual mini-bowls or goblets. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours,ideally all night.

Slice the bananas and flake the chocolate.

Decorate the pudding with the banana and the chocolate and almond flakes.

  • 80 g damhert chia seed
  • 6 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon biofood maple syrup
  • 2 bananas
  • 50 g lactose-free damhert chocolate
  • 2 tablespoon biofood almond flakes
